Sound 5
This sound was when I left the mic outside to record for a while, and when I did this a plane flew overhead. I live right by an airport so they fly over pretty frequently but this one doesn't sound like its going to land. It sounds like it is pretty high in altitude and has a nice soft sound to it. This is why I am calling my last sound the airplane.

Sound Four
This sound is another clip that just came upon me because I don't remember hearing it when I was recording. I guess that is one cool aspect of doing these drift walks, when you explore and go through your sounds you find cool ones you didn't even know you had. This sound occurs about half way through the clip and reminds me of a heart beat. Its a different sound that I have no idea what it would come from, and I am pretty sure its not from the mic or the recorder. This is why I call this sound the heart beat sound.

Sound Three
This sound is an interesting one because I didn't see the geese coming till they were in the mic. I was walking down my path and all of a sudden I hear geese and look up, and there is a huge flying "V". I thought that they sounded pretty cool so I call this my Flying "V" Sound.

Sound Two
This sound occurred at the end of when I was recording the train clip. When I was editing the train sound I heard this sound and it made me think of like a scary movie. The clip sounds like an old rusty gate opening, and then someone walking away. I thought this clip was interesting because I don't remember hearing the sound during recording and I call it my ghost sound.

Sound One
This sound is one of my favorite sounds to listen to when I was a little boy. At my parents house during the summer, right before I would go to bed I could hear the train in the distance. To me this sound is the sound of summer and my childhood.

Strategy
For my drift 1 my basic strategy is to write my initials on a map, and follow the streets that corresponds with the letters. My initials are D and P, and I feel that with these great initials I should be able to cover enough ground to have a diverse drift.
